You access and use of the services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms which established a contractual relationship between you and morya services. if you do not agree to this term, you may not access or use the services.

All work starts by expert after customer accept the quotation of Morya services.

After finishing work or in during work customer need to change or include extra work it will be chargeable as per morya services rules.

Warranty of all accessories which is use by expert depends on manufacturing company guidelines.

Accessories and material which is customer select once not change or replace.

Goods and service tax (as per Government regulations), and any other taxes applicable at prevailing rates from time to time.

Any payment that has once been remitted to Morya services is non-refundable.

Morya services reserves the right to modify the payment terms, project cost, timelines and handover date to accommodate, including specifications or material quality after sign off.

In ac & fridge repair morya services provide 30 days warranty only.

Any accidents, natural calamity, alteration, misuse, tampering, commercial power, Physical and burning damage is not covered in warranty & guarantee.
Customer needs to pay 60% payment along with quotation or start work and 40% payment against delivery.

The payments against invoices shall be due within seven (7) days from the date of invoice.

You explicitly agree that you shall not to solicit any services from any expert directly.

Morya services will not liable for any service carried out without our knowledge by mutual agreement between you and the service provider.

The Customer also agrees not to permit any third party to tamper with the any work done by our expert or security system without the written consent of morya services.

Morya services reserves the right to make changes to any part of these terms and conditions at any point in the future.


  • Our warranty is thirty (30) days after the performance of Professional Services.

  • In case of our expert do any damage done by our expert we are responsible for paid or refund.

  • In burning and physical damage morya services is not responsible for refund any charge.

  • Ones paid any service charges is not refundable.

  • Morya services is  not get any advance for providing services customer paid after get benefit service.
